Karma is the process of cause and effect that causes all of our common reality to manifest. It the seed blooming into the flower. It is the angry response to an insult. Nothing in our reality arises without karma.
Karma, however, can be influenced. If you show kindness to others, they are likely, at least for a while, to show kindness to you and to others. Karma can be built. Here you will find some helpful exercises that change the world.
